To everybody experiencing issues with LSPDFR or any of my other mods:

I have created a tool to help you automatically detect and solve common issues with your LSPDFR and RPH installations. It can also detect installation issues for my other mods. This ensures you don't have to post here and wait for valuable support to be given by other members.

Updated to find more issues 

Results so far (0.4.0.0):

• 2326 people have used the automatic fix function.
• Out of date .NET framework was detected 552 times.
• 982 people have been notified of an incompatible RPH version.
• 267 people were missing other RPH dependencies.
• 33 people were using an out of date version of ScriptHookV.

I'm not currently tracking the other results, but I'm sure many more problems are being solved. If you have any suggestions for other things I can check for, please let me know!

Just a quick update: over 2300 problems have now been detected & solved by the troubleshooter!

I'd just like to bring the troubleshooter to your attention again so you can try solving your problems with it.
