Is it just me, or after the GTAV update, does it seem that the peds are now overly aggressive whenever I pull my firearm out to arrest someone?

I have keep calm installed (which probably isn't what controls that action anyway) but it seems whenever I try to arrest someone, I have about 5 or 6 peds start running towards me, beating me down.

I have this problem as well.

Even when I use warning shots pedestrians tend to want to beat me with their fists..

Sometimes I just get "aggressive" peds when I am near gang members like Vagos or Ballas or when I encounter certain kind of peds in Sandy Shores. Nothing unplayable tho! When I draw the weapon people just run away. Are you attacked by unsually non-hostile peds like bikini girls on the beach or something similar?
