Game crashing

I just downloaded the mod it works fine without any other addons but when I install an addon and go on duty in the top left corner it will say "If you wish to respond to a dispatch press y while the alert is still active." right after that pops up my game crashes I don't press any buttons or anything. I have re installed the game 3 times already and same thing keeps happening.

Please reinstall LSPDFR files properly, you are missing the audio files.
