The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When i start my game via RageHook it loads everything but when i see my character and i can walk it immediately says: LSPD First Response crashed.
 I have tried to delete some plugins but it wouldn't change anything. I tried to load the plugin via F4 but it loads up and then after a few seconds it says that it has crashed.

It isn't working it's making LSPDFR crash earlier than when PoliceLifeS is activated.

Try to move all of your LSPDFR plugins out of the LSPDFR plugins folder, add them back one by one to find the crashing one.

Yep, then add your plugins back in until you find the crashing one.
