The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

This is a known issue which we tried a bit to resolve in the last update. we will improve on it in the future when we have time, that feature is still considered an early/first release and will contain issues as the download page mentions.
