That is my crash report, right when I start it says its launching game then crashes. I have installed LSPDFR, RageHookPlugin, and ScriptHook V and I have treid it without ScriptHook V, tried running Rage Hook as an administrator, tried loading up GTA V then running Rage Hook, I don't believe this is a problem with RageHook which is why I put it here, I am on Windows 8.1, and as far as I'm concerned I don't think anything is blocked, but I don't see where it would say that or how to unblock it.
