I accidentally change some file to notepad...how do i change them back? I am cpu Illiterate

Has it caused any problems? I'm pretty sure you didn't change the file type, only what it should be opened with. Just right click it and go to "open with" then select what you'd normally open it with.

    I use notepad++. But if you are just playing the game and not modding, then you should be fine and the game should work normally.

    There not changed, it just that the default program (e.g VLC for MKV's/iTunes for mp3's) was set to Notepad. You should be fine
