Hi everyone as above stated ,

How do i Make a new material and texture for GTA 4 Files .

I am currently stucking in modelling a car .

I means

eg , when you open a wft or wtd files in Sparkiv , and press police.wtd and you click the view . there is many texture for the Car . such as Police_livery _sign , police interior and so on . how do i create this from scratch . i need help there

i really appreciate your help .

I have been curious about that also, but i think you need to make the template whilst designing/editing a model of some kind.
