The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Whenever I call backup for a pursuit , prisoner transport, code 2, or code 3 it spawns in, but then doesn't move. When I am chasing someone it will spawn in front of me, but won't chase the suspect. When I call Prisoner Transport they will drive to me, but after picking up the suspect they won't move either. The only backup that does move is Air Support. Does anyone know a solution. It defeats the purpose of LSPDFR if I have to chase the suspect or drive them to the station myself. Thanks!

It's most likely because you Police Ignore or Never Wanted enabled on a trainer. I had the same problem and that was my issue.
