Hiya,

I am hoping someone would be able to take a crack at doing the Vermont State Police CVPI for me. We had a few of these for GTA IV and would absolutely love to sport my home state police cruisers for GTA V. Would prefer the emergency lights and light bars to flash all blue if possible (I've seen this on a few models) just as they do in the real world. I would also love the addition of a ram bar. I'll provide some images to help with this.

problem is we can texture the lights all blue but they still flash red on one side alot of ppl want the all blues noones seemed to crack that yet id love to be able to put all blues on my lights

I'm pretty much unknown in the community here, but I'm a long time lurker and but I love playing with textures. I had considered tackling this for you but it looks like it's already been done (at least the texture has, don't know about the lights).
