The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I installed LSPDFR and ragehook properly . It's also everything but when I start Ragehook not inviting . Ragehook is not displayed at the bottom left . It is as if I Normal gta 5 games without mods . And i start Gta 5 with the Ragepluginhook launcher. as Admin.

Try removing other mods, if that doesn't work, you will have to consult the guys over at ragehook: http://forums.ragepluginhook.net/
