Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR!

Please do the following:

  • Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software
  • Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed.
  • Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  • Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  • Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  • Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  • Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  • Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  • Install these: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 , https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

In some cases, your issue is resolved after following the above steps. If it did help, please let everyone know in the topic that your issue is resolved. If you do have to post a topic, do the following;

Please upload a screenshot of your GTA IV directory, if you don't have the files then chances are you've installed the mod wrong.

I fixed the problem. For some reason when the GTAIV.exe was actually NAMED GTAIV.exe LCPDFR diagnostics tool couldn't locate it, I deleted the .exe and it found it, now the only problem is after I do the diagnostics everything is fine but this > https://gyazo.com/43d140cfcf31a6e40b2bccd7112e1823  When I go to the official microsoft site and try to install NET.Framework 4.5 it says that I allready have the same 4.5 or higer version on my pc.
https://gyazo.com/cea3038ab33d74afdc10c851f5b7b46f Directory <

PS. Don't know if this helps but I searched for 'error' in the Diagnostics Tool log file and it said - [ERROR - 12:12:35 AM] [Main] CRITICAL ERROR DURING MAINLOOP! REPORT THIS ISSUE AT LCPDFR.COM BY INCLUDING THIS LOGFILE.

I think I found the problem, I had LCPDFR AdvancedHook.dll,ScriptHook.dll and dsound.dll replaced by ELS 8.51 AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll and dsound.dll but like I need both of them, what do I do to keep both of them, and have both mods working?
