Good day, long time no played LSPDFR, i decided to install & play LSPDFR while we're waiting for LSPDFR 0.3 <3 But, ofcourse the problems won't let you play the mod, huh.

Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.

- Alright, so i download LSPDFR from this site, i drag everything (all files) in the main GTA V folder, then what i do is just run RAGEPluginHook.exe with administrator privileges (tried without aswell), it says launching game, and when game launches i hear sounds "beep beep beep", and get this error http://prntscr.com/8zm9yj . Thats it, it just closes game.

Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.

- Already mentioned above.

State what solutions you have tried.

• Deleted all LSPDFR files, including RPH, everything looks like default GTA V folder, and then installed LSPDFR again, same problem.

• Tried install JUST ragepluginhook without LSPDFR, it seems when i start game with ragehookplugin, game launches, but no icons, or signs that ragepluginhook launched (F4) didn't work. BUT i tried to launch RPH again, ant quickly ALT+ENTER (to make window mode GTAV), all icons appeared that RPH launched, successfully, but not, i entered game F4 didn't work aswell (i even looked what keybinding is console set at).

• Tried to install JUST rageplugin hook all versions (0.28, 0.27, 0.26) didn't worked aswell.. On newest RPH, when you first time launch RPH, it shows if you pass the like requirements (all are green marks, i mean there is no problems, i meet all the requirements to launch RPH, aswell GTA V.)

• Tried to verify game cache on steam.

• Haven't tried to reinstall game.

- I think i already did that.

Post your system specifications. You need to meet the required system specifications for the mod to work properly. 

- Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

- Intel Core i5 3570 @ 3.40GHz Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology

- 8,00GB RAM

- Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. B75M-D3V (Intel Core i5-3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz)

- Graphics: W2242 (1680x1050@60Hz) 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner)

I played before LSPDFR 0.2b, had no problems before.

Post what other mods you are using. 

- I don't use any other mods.

The version of RPH that is supplied with LSPDFR is not compatible and no longer works with the game, Download and install the latest version of RPH from here - http://ragepluginhook.net/

Forgot to mention, that i did that already, i installed LSPDFR installed it, and overwrited with the latest RPH 0.28, but like i said, game launches, but nothing pop-ups, that RPH launched, even i tried to install JUST RPH, without LSPDFR, it seems RPH, doesn't want to launch, not sure why though. And when i said i ALT + ENTER game, once i launch through RagePluginHook, all icons pop-up, that it launched, but when i enter story mode, F4 doesn't work. No signs that it's working. Maybe i have no choise but to reinstall whole game i guess.

accroding to your log, you're still running 0.20 -  [2015-11-06 11:26:50.723] Version: RAGE Plugin Hook v0.20.641.4077 PUBLIC ALPHA for Grand Theft Auto V

make sure you've installed RagePluginHook correctly, if you're still having issues with it, then you'll have to head over to the RagePluginHook forums as it's an issue with RPH and not LSPDFR itself.

Yeah, because i took screenshot, when i tried to launch LSPDFR with 0.20 version, and then i downloaded the latest RPH 0.28, game launches with no crash, but no signs that it's working, well like i said before. Well i guess i'll have to go post there. Oh, and in seems it doesn't generate ragepluginhook.log, on 0.28 version. hm.

Okay, i've managed to fix the problem, haha.

What i did i pressed mouse2 on ragepluginhook.exe, went to compability and i ran for windows 7, second i went to security i edited the privileges and gave it full control, applied, and tried to run again, and it worked finally! LSPDFR fully working ;) You can close this topic now :) Maybe would be good idea to tell others, that you have to give full control to RPH if you want to work, and i'm not sure if it was this problem, that i just did.
