Hi modders , i got some question that i need to ask you all . how to make a new material or car interior for zmodeler2 . currently i am the middle of Completing my car . is it by using adobe photoshop , paint.net or gimp . as gta 4 is not install on this computer , i cant use the vehshare and all the material from Gta 4 . so i have to make a new material or texture
