i recently bought a £400/$800 new computer purely so that I could play LSPDFR. I have followed all instructions on the website and also looked through so many threads on Ragehook/the game crashing but so far I am unsuccessful. This has been the mist detailed thread so thought I would comment on here.

 

To clarify I have followed everything on this thread but still no luck. When I load Rage Plug in Hook either normally or as an administrator it launches along with the game but th crashes and says unexpected error and logs the report. Likewise if I load GTA5 then try and alt-tab and run it the same  thing happens. The only thing I can't seem to try is pressing F4 in the game to open the console.

 

help would be greatly appreciated!

You should make a new topic because this is 7 months old now. To make a new topic, go to the Support and Information page and on the right you should see a green box saying "Start new topic." Press it, and you should see  "FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE POSTING TO GET SUPPORT" and if you don't, read this below 

 

• REMOVE ALL OTHER PLUGINS, INCLUDING LSPDFR PLUGINS
• Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
• Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.
• State what solutions you have tried.
• Post the RAGEPluginHook.log in a spoiler tag.
• Include as much information as possible.
• Post your system specifications.
• Post what other mods you are using.
• Post a screenshot of your GTA V Game directory.

If you do not put these into your topic, one you'll probably not get support and two, sanctions will be put on your account.

I had to turn off my antivirus before it started to work, my game was crashing on start if Rage was turned on so my issue is a little different but try turning off the antivirus. It may help.
