At this time I'm not 100% sure if the issue I'm experiencing is caused by LSPDFR or Rage Plugin hook, so my apologies in advance if it turns out to be an issue with Rage... With that said, I'll just go ahead and proactively respond to the standard questionnaire:

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

• The plugins folder should contain the following; 
  • LSPD First Response.dll
  • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.

As soon as I execute/launch RAGEPluginHook.exe, it starts up and then proceeds to open up GTA V however at some point (before getting to a point where I am actually playing GTA V), the RAGEPluginHook.exe process simply dies; due to this, the game appears to simply load as normal with none of the expected LSPDFR functionality available.

Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.

This appears to occur regardless of any changes I make while attempting to resolve the issue; I have not found any way to get LSPDFR/Rage to function (even once) with my installation of GTA V. At this time, the problem is infinitely reproducible.

State what solutions you have tried.

1. Manually updating the version of Rage from the one that is included with LCPDFR (0.20.641.4077 I believe) to the latest version (0.28.766.5281); additionally I've also tried all other versions of the Rage plugin that are available on the official Rage site.
2. Running RAGEPluginHook.exe as an administrator
3. Completely deleting & re-downloading/re-installing my copy of GTA V from scratch
4. Following all instructions/recommendations found in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5lB5NwrbMk

However when running with Rage v0.28.766.5281, no errors are generated in the RagePluginHook.log file.

Post your system specifications. You need to meet the required system specifications for the mod to work properly. 

• CPU: AMD FX 8120
• Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
• Memory: 8GB
• Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6950
• Storage: 512GB Crucial MX100 SSD
• OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit

Post what other mods you are using.

Just LCPDFR currently.

Post a screenshot of your GTA V Game directory.

Have you loaded the plugin via the Rage console? also, even if no error was posted the log for 0.28 may be of help. make sure the LSPD First Response files are in the Plugins folder as well.

Unfortunately from what I can tell, Rage is completely crashing when GTA starts up; the Rage process disappears from the task manager, etc. thus once I'm in GTA the console key doesn't work at all.

As far as the 0.28 log; even when I rename/delete the RagePluginHook.log file, if I start RAGEPluginHook.exe, a new log file is *not* generated at all. The only time the log file is created or modified is when running older versions of Rage.

In the Plugins folder there are two files, "LMS.Common.dll" & "LSPD First Response.dll". Additionally there is a single directory named "LSPDFR" however its completely empty.

Did you install .NET Framework 4.6 and all other required files the newest Rage needs?

Yes, .NET framework 4.6 is installed, along with all other requirements; the Rage software runs a check to verify all software requirements are met and mine passes with flying colors :)

I'm having the exact same issues 

I'm having the same issue since my GTA5 updated. I have the rockstar version. My directory looks just like his.... I'm at my wits end. :/

Ive seen a few people now with this same issue, everything up to date, tried every possible fix and no resolution, doesn't help that the rage plugin forums are always down too

Can you play the game, or are you crashing loading the game?

So there's no Police Station Icon? Try to open the RageHook console using F4. If there is no console, then RageHook didn't load. If RageHook didn't load, you may have to bring this topic the RageHook Forums

Forgot to add one more thing

The game works perfectly fine, just ragehook crashes on startup and then gta continues to load on its own

Do you still have an SDK and/or Licenses folder in the GTAV folder? Delete those because SDK is only for developers, and licenses is not needed.

No I did not include them and I know that, I'm well past that stage I've tried like 20+ different possible fixes and rage hook is still crashing

Do you know exactly when it crashes? When you first open the game? In the loading screen? Or when the game has finally loaded up?

Ok, well I think you can open RageHook while ingame. To get out of GTAV press alt+tab and from there open RagePuginHook.exe. Also, can you put a picture of your GTAV game directory up?

Ive already tried that it doesnt work for me, even launching as admin, when i launch rage after gta nothing happens
