For some reason when ( all of a sudden) i activate my sirens only my lights come on not the siren sounds, Also when i get out of my police car the lights automatically turn off? any idea as to why? i downloaded EVL beta but i ended up getting rid of it because it wouldnt work. Since then now im having the above problem.. Any idea? I would appreciate the help! thx alot!

Are there tire spinning sounds when you spin the tires? Because if not that means you messed up your vehicles.awc file inside of resident.rpf At least that's how I have figured it out in the past & if that is the case just re-download the siren you were using before it was messed up and install it again and then it sound work.

ya tire sounds are working... I never downloaded no siren sounds the only mods i have are   ""Arrest manager" and the "policer mod"

nope doesnt work no sounds for the sirens so what am i suppose to do to fix them?

 

 

 

when i call backup all the backup officers have sounds!!

 

i also notice then when entering and exiting out of the police vehicle its kind of glitchy when the door closes and opens. It closes right away before i even completey exit. Also the SPOT light on the SIde of my car is flickering! like not the LIGHT but the entire texture of the spot like its like their, then not their it flickers

You said you got rid of EVL yet everything your saying sounds like the effects of having EVL still. Flickering doors, no siren. Both are things affected by EVL. If you had deleted the EVL files then you wouldnt have these problems, if you have deleted them then its nothing to do with EVL because EVL doesnt install/overwrite anything.

so I have to delete all the files that came with evl ??? and that's it it should work 

 

I did that I even download a siren pack  and it still didn't work

I am having a similar issue. The "j" key no longer works to toggle my siren sound on and off. The "j" key has worked in the past however just today I cannot toggle my siren on and off.

I have not added any mods or plugins to my game and I am running simply the base version. I have the most updated RHP aswell.

** i just noticed i deleted everytthing in the gta folder but NOT in scripts and EVL was still in the scripts folder!

got mine working!!!
