The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Recently playing and discover that my "J" key or Lights only isnt working.I can go lights only using "n" and scrolling through there but that's a pain in the ass. Ill post what plugins im using.

Either way, If i press "E" first(Siren and Lights) and then J it still does not work. But it worked before.

E is used for Action (Arrest, etc)

J is used for Toggle Siren Sound On / Off

by the way your RAGENativeUI.dll is in the wrong folder, it belongs in the GTAV Main directory. CalloutsV.dll and CalloutsV.ini are in the wrong folder, they belong in that LSPDFR folder sitting in your plugins folder. I don't know about some of the others, since I don't use Vehicle Detector or Tow Truck. The others are fine where they are.. 

Maybe you are having conflict with those files you have in the wrong folders.
