Hey I know GTA IV is kinda dying out, but i still play it just because i can make my own cars and ELS and stuff. I don't know if there is one out there, however i thought I might as well ask if there is a unlocked 2013 tahoe out there somewhere. I know its a long shot, but oh well. Thanks!
