So i finally decided to download GTA v after owning the game for months but when i download this mod it dosent work, ragehook dosent state what mods im using and its like im playing the normal game, is this because the mods are not upto date with the game?

    I have the latest version of everything and i will put a link in this comment that shows a video i uploaded, in this video i show you what i have downloaded, what files are in my directory and how the game looks when i launch it with ragehook. (btw im using the disk version of gta not the steam version)
