.95 works but 1.1 wont install

So i've gone through and installed lcpdfr 1.1 but for some reason it only puts on version .95. I had my friends do the same one and it worked fine for him. I even tried uninstalling gta iv and deleting all of its content in my steam files then reinstalling and it still goes to version .95. Anything i can do to fix this? Thanks for any help.

    Try a manual install. Dont forget to uninstall .95 before you do.. Otherwise, your probably not gonna get any help considering that .95 isnt supported anymore.
