Alright first off im pretty new to doing these types of vehicle mods i have one set up i just dont know how too spawn them in? do i spawn them in with rage hook or with a trainer. If its with a trainer please link me!!!!! :D

you can do it with the rh console just type, SPAWN vehiclename

ya but the files i got for open IV are called sheriff.yft, sheriff.ytd,  sheriff+hi.ytd, sheriff_hi.yft, and with these i replaced those with the regular car but when i open the ragehook plugin and i type in console spawn sheriff it spawns in default car but when i look on open iv its replaced so im using this vehicle mod     Sheriff's Dodge Charger - Code3 Defender Lightbar 1.1.0(http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9174-sheriffs-dodge-charger-code3-defender-lightbar/) now when i go to console what do i type       spawn sheriff      or      spawn sheriff dodge charger    Please help

Are you installing it in the correct location? the mods readme should tell you where to put it.

put those files in update/x64/patchday4ng/x64/levels/gta5/vehicle.rpf

alright the poroblem was there was more of the default car files in different patches so i had to replace those too lol so I got it working thanks for the help too.
