in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support

I am just now installing GTA IV for PC and want to download the LCPDFR mod, the installation manual states that one of the requirements is having .net framework 4.5, does that mean I can use 4.5.2? Also, I do have Windows 10 and already have 4.6 and would like to know if that would work instead or does it absolutely have to be 4.5.1?

    4.6 should work, However i can be wrong. Make sure you download and install these by the way.
