I dont know where else to post this, so I was just able to get LCPDFR 90F H2 working, I used the automatic installer and I have hotfix 3 and 5 holding it up. I have no idea how stable it is. But just to note a bug when I get a call on the radio, when I respond Yes, every time it is "Disregard incident is code 4"

The disregard might happen if you are travelling too quickly and not responding to the incident (pressing Y/N) quickly. You should press either in the first 10 seconds.

There is no hotfix 3. Install 0.90F, apply hotfix 1, hotfix 2 then fix 5.
