ok let me first start off by saying WHAT THE FUCK, now ive been experiencing some issues with gta. it keeps saying "GTA IV has stopped working" now i have taken 4 hours off of my day to look at youtube videos and search the web. Now i dont know why this is doing this, but if you can help me out that would be great. Here are my pc specks if this even matters, 

AMD A6-6200 APU with Radeon 4K graphics 5.00 GHZ 1terrabite of memory 120 bit operating system windows 8.1

now i really dont know what to do here are the mods i have installed

GTA IV Trainer, LCPD:FR, GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer, Els V8, Cry ENB V3

 

It's most likely caused by your mods, try running a vanilla game with just LCPDFR, Every mod you add makes the game more unstable resulting in a crash. 

1. I'd advise not to use GTA IV Vehicle Molder Installer, its quite easy to install models/textures with OpenIV.
2. Most APUs can't run ENBs, so that may be causing your crashing.

Do as Counthink4 said to do, also there is no such thing as 120 bit OSs :)

Wouldn't hurt to uninstall, as for not knowing how to use openIV, Google is your friend. Run your game with lspdfr only, no mods, nothing. 

I recommend uninstalling then reinstalling GTA IV, uninstalling any mod installers you have. (they are most likely malware anyway.) and using Open IV to mod your game. Ther are a ton of tutorials on how to use Open IV.
