Having some difficulties and it's kinda confusing me, where do i install the LCPD police scanner WAV files? i wanna install them on Independance radio, but their are alot of files in both the scanner and radio, can someone possibly point me in the right direction?

If you want to use anything on Independence FM, you need to put it in "My DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVUser Music" in order for it to work.

I'd suggest using a real life scanner if you want radio chatter in the background, the GTA ones aren't that well made.

I've been having issues with my VLC player, so i booted up SparkIV and am renaming all the files in the independance radio to that of the police scanner ivausd's, i made back-up's, just in-case.
