You log looks like mine when I first started to install, turns out FRAPS causes it to crash and so does other things that put an overlay on your screen. I read it on the RPH forums. I had a look for it again but couldn't find it and I can't remember all the things that they said will/can cause a crash on startup.

Anything that puts anything on your screen (eg. Steam Overlay, Fraps & MSI Afterburner (in some cases)) will most likely break Ragehook.

Never had an issue with MSI Afterburner, however ive found a workaround to get ragehook to work with steam overlay (and OBS since this combo usually crashes my game) but if you open everything in the correct order it will work fine ;)

MSI Afterburner would probably be affected if you used the On Screen Display.

I use desktop. and i do have fraps so i will look into that thank you. 

My bad it was xslipt i did remove it and a few other things and LSPDFR and RagePluginHook is now working thanks.

Thanks. Now i got a problem adding police cars when i replace the file for another police car it works but when i load up LSPDFR/GTA V it repairs it so what should i do?
