Help with RageHookPlugin

Hey guys, simple problem I think. Whenever I  launch GTA 5 with Rage Hook, it directly launches the game without showing me my plugin menu (or whatever it's called, like the tab that allows me to disable/enable mods). I  need this to enable some mods, but they won't load without me enabling it. How can I get my menu up?
