Ok, so right now I can't send rage anything because they disabled their login to everyone except the testers and since this involves LSPDFR and the plugins from this site I will post it here. Basically I think it is a plugin but I do not know which one and I need help getting the problem taken care of. PS You have to click and download the log.

I'm confused as to what your problem is. Does your game crash? or LSPDFR?

both, the game, rage and LSPDFR are fresh installs made about eh 3 hours ago.

A lot of people seem to have problems with arrest warrant. Try removing that.

What was the last plugin you installed before you experienced these crashes?

found the problem and it is with rage itself so this thread should be closed immediately. I will use 24 not 26, since this site holds no support for rage and ragepluginhook.com is under alpha testing so no one can get support there. So in my conclusion there is but one thing to do, DOWNGRADE. Thank you for your replies.

Luckily I had made a backup before the GTA 5 update that screwed everyone lol. Glad I could help.
