i downloaded the game and aded rage pugin and it works the in game comand works 

i watched some videos on utube and didn't work and i cant see the police stations on the map

Can you upload your RPH log. it'll help us to understand exactly what the issue is with your game. 

When you first Run RAGEHOOK.EXE it will give you a setup where you can specify which plugins start with the game. I believe it's disabled by default, but you can tell it to launch with ragehook in that menu. If you have already started RAGEHOOK.EXE for the first time you can search around here how to add LSDPFR and other plugins to your 'startup.rphs' file in your main GTA V directory. Lastly, you can also enable once in-game by pressing F4 to bring up the console. Then type LoadPlugin 'LSPD First Response.dll'
