The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

hi all I'm new to this modding thing. I was wondering if I could install plugins like police radio etc after installing the new rage hook v0.26 yesterday or do i need to wait for them to be updated?  Sorry like I said I'm new at this, I'm slowly learning. Thanks 

If they're not updated, then yes. it should say on the mods download page if it's updated or not. I believe police radio isn't updated and will cause crashes.

Just about every mod I've used with LSPDFR and RPH 0.26 has worked perfectly except for Hero Cop. This includes Police Radio. 

I'd go ahead and run what you like and if you have any issues, remove the mod(s). :)
