The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    Do you have modified cars ?  If you have, copy and paste the (new) "update" folder in the "mods" files, for remplace, and reinstall your cars.With the update the folder is outdated.

I have the exact same problem where the last line reads:

 

[19-9-2015 14:23:26.178] LSPD First Response: CalloutManager initialized

 

but I have no mods folder or anything like that installed so any suggestions?
