Having an issue loading LSPD:FR not sure what it is cannot figure this thing out so finally had to come and post on here,

So was checking the other plugins and I have found that the only plugin that dosnt work is LMS.common.dll

LSPDFR is crashing and the only i am assuming plugin is LMS is refusing to load.

I have installed LSPDFR as instructed by the install readme, I have loaded the game with out any plugins to LSPDFR and still have the same problem, I have also run RAGE as admin, Im not sure why it is not working as it worked before and now dos not, I have Deleted all mods and did a fresh GTA 5. 

I have for plugins are as follows: 
no other mods including Trainers.
