since I added some other callouts from the download section, I have the feeling the lspdfr default callouts like "grand theft auto" don't spawn. Is there a way to set the spawn rate higher? Also is it possible to change to callout frequency?

They still spawn but other callouts will be more frequent. How many callout packs do you have installed? If you have a bunch like I do the chances of a default callout spawning are very rare... and at this time there is not a way to increase the frequency of default callouts. If you'd like to boost the frequency of those callouts remove a couple of your callout packs.

Or just press X until you get the one you're after, which still might take awhile if you have a lot of additional callouts installed.
