Ages ago I recommended a civilian disperse function; a feature that--when pressed--activates a cop speech dialog instructing people to flee the area. The effect could imitate a gun shot, causing people to run away. Useful for an imminent vehicle explosion, for example. Also a simple resuscitation feature would be cool too in case you see someone get their ass kicked and they need revived. Because that's a dumb way to die even for grand theft auto. But I am confident whatever we get will be great!
