Anyone know why when i start up LSPDFR my fps goes from 60+ to 10+???? and anyone got a fix to this Please help its really hard to play and is showing a bad reputation for LSPDFR

We could really do with some more information regarding your system, other modifications installed and all that fun stuff. Then we can try and help you resolve the issue you are experiencing. 

Ok i have quite a thew car mods that make the game look realistic i have the ford crown victoria with LAPD texture a 2015 dodge charger with LAPD texture and an unmarked 2012 dodge charger and a ford tarus i have changed the textures to the real Los Angeles textures that they use IRL and i have 3 other normal cars and i have change the plane models and i have installed a realistic police response and i have recently installed a real life model of the cargobob and a working machine gun black hawk and a real life VTOL and i have changed the bill boards in the airport and about 3 menus i have no ENB or shaders and thats all for the mods now and i run my GTA on the highest settings

Hmmm, I wouldn't see LSPDFR being the problem to your frame-loss. It could, maybe be one of the vehicle modifications you installed. Installing more modifications nearly always results in a decreased performance. Someone else may reply to this who has had the same issue and knows a better fix, but for now, I think it could be a problem with one of the modifications you have installed.

Most plane modifications are HUGE. (30+ MB) so try removing those first.
