I need help rolling back GTA V

I was wondering if someone can help me roll back gta V, because when gta came out with its latest patch today it would not launch.

This is the error I get - FATAL: Unknown Game Versoin. If someone can help me out I will release another model on this site.

Why not wait for RagePluginHook to update for the latest version of GTA V?

If you made a backup through Ragehook when you installed Ragehook 0.24, you could revert back to that backup. That's what I did earlier today and it worked.

Even when I launch it It crashes it doesnt let me go to singleplayer.

If you reinstall ragehook 0.24 in the settings part of the installation, if you go to game settings and revert back to your old backup. That is word for word how I got mine to work earlier today.
