Problems loading car mods

hello again!:))

i whant this awsome car mod, i use openiv, watching this tutorial how to do it, but when i whant to run the game my game whants to update...

sitting and waited for 30min+ and spawns in the car i replaced it with. NO.. no car mod installed :/ 

please help?
