About radio chatter...

Featured Replies

I often like parking in order to watch the streets or an intersection and it makes sense to me to cut the engine off since we have the option to do it. Except that it also shuts down the (no longer) constant radio chatter.

Is it possible in a future update to unbind both features so that we can hear the radio as long as we are inside the vehicle even with our engine off?

Since 0.3 is around the corner, shameless bump in hope it gets some attention/support. It would be great if turning off the engine didn't turn off the radio for those who enjoy sitting on the side of the road.

There's no need for an extra mod, LSPDFR does it: hit N and navigate the menu to get the car options. You can select what the engine does: on, always on and off.

It also turns off the lights which is all fine with me since when I park somewhere by night I also want the lights off (and turning on the engine instantly turns them on too). It is just that the radio chatter suddenly goes quiet, which is even not realistic  For immersion that would be great to keep the radio running.
