Mods dont work

Hello Community, i hope you all can help me...

For some mods you need to create a folder called scripts, but all mods inside this folder wont work, i dont know why. Every mod i put into my normal GTAV directory is working, but all mods inside the scripts folder are NOT working. I was searching since weeks, but i did not find anything helpful.

Can someone help me for solving this problem?

If you are referring to Rage Plugin Hook modifications, they are required to be installed in the 'Plugins' folder.
The 'scripts' folder is for Scripthook Dot Net modifications (LSPDFR/Rage Plugin Hook do not require this)

I mean a mod like Singleplayer Garage Mod. I installed it like it was said in the internet, but nothing happens ingame, no garage, nothing

I installed ScriptHookV ScriptHookVDotNet and these windows stuff you need, everything i need i installed, but it isnt working
