Good Evining LSPDFR

i downloaded the mod for GTA V and followed this guide http://www.lcpdfr.com/lspdfr/install

then after opening the game from RAGEPluginHook.exe. this error appear

 

i clicked on ( OFFLINE MODE ) then this error appears
