LCPDFR don't work!

Hi!

I install the 0.2b Version of the Game , it will start correctly , and the Policestations works fine. But if im driving arround with my Police Car , no Emergency request will come , and i can't stop Car's with SHIFT Left , SHIFT Right , CAPSLOCK , i try everything. Nothing work. I reinstall LCPDFR 7 Times , and my Native Trainer is not the problem. I cant open the Console with F4 , LCPDFR works only half :/ Two Times it works , but after 20 Minutes LCPFR.dll crashes and i restart the Game . Now it doesent work anymore (No Crash Report) 1 TIme it works , then it crashed , then it doesent work anymore , i reeinstall LCPDFR and it works then it crashed. And the rest you know allready. Please Help :(

Please do so now and return to this topic when this is done and do the following;

Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.
State what solutions you have tried.
State which version of the game you're using (Steam or Retail)
Post the RagePluginHook.log in a spoiler tag.
Include as much information as possible.
Post your system specifications. You need to meet the required system specifications for the mod to work properly.
Post what other mods you are using.
Post a screenshot of your GTA V Game directory.
