LSPDFR not reciving calls/mod not working

the first time i started lspdfr it worked and i got a call right away, but when i got to the place my First Response said it crashed. my game kept on playing but i got no more calls and when i pulled people over nothing happened. it was like i was a civ again. so i restarted my game and the same thing happened. no calls, nothing. i even re downloaded everything and nothing is working. can anyone help? i desperately need it.

Give a clear, detailed description of the problem.
Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem.

State which version of the game you're using (Steam or Retail)
Post the RagePluginHook.log in a spoiler tag.
Include as much information as possible.
Post your system specifications. You need to meet the required system specifications for the mod to work properly.
Post what other mods you are using.
Post a screenshot of your GTA V Game directory.
