Ok this was supposed to go to rage hook forums but for some reason it wont allow me to register, no register no access to post for help. OK that is part one i need help with. part two is i have everything for rage hook and my computer says i do but it still will not allow me to play it saying the needed files are not there. On registering, just blanks out my submission form and does not tell me what i did wrong. I know where to go for the required files

• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6, or higher.
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64)     
  I have those files and it says they are updated and what not but rage hook wont verify them. help?

If you're having issues with registering on their website you'll have to contact their Staff about that. Also. type those into google and download them (what's written there is literally their file names).

Im on the third hour in waiting for a response and as for the files, trust me, i have the same exact files and i am currently looking at them right now in the gta V main directory and in other places just copied and pasted also moved them around, right now i am loosing patience because I have been fiddling with my files for a few days now.

Those files shouldn't be in your GTA Directory, they should be installed on your computer.

Like i said, moving them around trying to get rage hook to verify thinking it it might be a sweet spot that is missing, and i doubt i will get help from rage hook tonight.

But you shouldn't have to move them around. download them, click on them, install them. once they're installed RagePluginHook will see that they're installed and recognize them

Trust me, i am well aware of that, but what you need to understand ragehook is not recognizing the programs at all, but other games that require them off steam runs them w/o the re-download.

Let me fix that, my computer sees it but not ragehook. 

Well if that's the case, you'll have to await your reply from the RPH team as it's an issue with RPH.
