ScriptHook.dll Cannot Open/Read Script Folder

I've copy scripthook.dll, Xlive.dll, xlive_d.dll, dsound.dll, AdvancedHookInit.asi, ScriptHookDotNet.asi all lastest update .... but had not yet read the script folder ... when I press the `  ....nothing happens ..
Please help me

You're not supposed to use both xlive and dsound. Please read the instructions more careful. As you have an illegal copy of the game, we cannot help you further.
