Is there anyone that can help me with trying to get this on the xbox one for gta 5. I have tried through steam on my laptop for gta 4 but it says I need to update some card. Thanks for the help.

    You can't. LSPDFR (and LCPDFR) is only compatible with the PC version of GTA V/IV. it won't work on the console version because a) the console version can't handle mods like this b) the coding is completely different and c) the console lacks the required things to be able to add scripts to the game.
