Textures changing+some disappearing when moving away from car

So Ive been having some issues when going away from my cop car, it seems that at a distance textures are either reverting to a defalt or disappearing. I am using the mods folder and Have tried installing the model in both the mods folder and the standard game files. That didn't work so I am re=setting the defalt game files. These issues only seem to occur with stanier replacements whether they are cvpi's or modified staniers. Any ideas on how to fix it?

This is an issue with the model itself, there's nothing you can do about it.
