Traffic stops only work once?

Lately I've run into a strange issue- the traffic stop procedure only works once. As in, I can pull one car over at the start of a session, and the traffic stop menus appear, but after that they don't work. I can pull cars over, but the traffic stop menus don't appear and the only thing I can do is cancel the stop. There's nothing in my ragehook log about it, so could this error be related to the most recent ragehook release?

It could be a problem with the latest Ragehook version, I did have a similar problem not so long ago with traffic stops that stopped working. However before you do anything, do you have any modifications which you think may be interfering with the traffic stops script.

I've got two potential plugins which could interfere - Traffic control and Traffic Policer. However, I've tried playing without these and the problem still persists. It's like the traffic stops now only work 1 time out of 5 or so. As you say, it could be a Ragehook issue. Could you explain any ways to solve this? hopefully by the time a new version of FR comes out this bug will be ironed out.
