The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When I start up start rage hook from the gta 5 directory it starts up goes through the intro, then when it starts loading into singleplayer it says Lspdfr has crashed, and I noticed when I have police radio and bait car and other callout mods in Plugins/LSPDFR it crashes but, when I dont have the mods in the Plugin/LSPDFR folder when I get in game I cant bring up the Ragehook console but LSPDFR didn't crash. Watch this video to see my directory and my plugins. Thanks 

 

I figured out the problem wrong version of ragehook :)
