The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi guy's

Today i received a call and it said Malicious Vehicle Damage and i came to the car and there was no one there so i would like to ask does anyone know what i should do next is there something i should do cause all i did was call tow and removed it

ANd also how do i holster a gun i have the plugin installed and how can i get coffee?

You're the officer. It's your decision on what you want to do. I'm pretty sure the driver not being in the vehicle is a bug, because in later versions they would stay in their vehicle while you walked up to the hood and pressed "T" to fix the vehicle for them.

If you have it installed, it should automatically use the holster/unholster animation when getting out certain firearms.

Through the Interaction Menu. Press "N" while on-duty to get the Interaction Menu and use the arrow keys to cycle through the categories.
